Privacy Policy
Parfqx is a yogurt cup studio for iPhone. This policy describes what the app uses, why, and how you can control it. We do not create user accounts and we do not run a Parfqx cloud that syncs your cups.
What the app keeps
Cups you build stay with the app on your iPhone. That includes:
- Cup names, liquid bands, fills, blends, mix-ins, toppings, thickness, and stir
- Saved thickness layouts and full-cup recipes you choose to keep
- Optional side photos and optional mix voice notes (recording only; the app does not transcribe speech)
- Coin balance and identifiers for App Store transactions already credited on this device
- Optional chill reminder times, and whether you unlocked editing on a cup while it is chilling
If you use Clear All Data in the app, this cup studio content is removed from the app. Photos you already saved to the iOS Photos library stay in Photos until you delete them there.
Permissions you may grant
- Camera — to photograph a cup from the side.
- Photo Library — to import a side shot, or to save a side stack or compare pair after you confirm a coin spend.
- Microphone — to record an optional mix voice note. Nothing is sent to a speech service.
- Notifications — for optional chill reminders on cups you mark.
You can refuse any of these and still use the rest of the studio. You can change access later in iOS Settings.
App Tracking Transparency
Parfqx may use the advertising identifier to deliver personalized features and optimize your app experience. iOS will ask before this happens. You can decline and still use every feature. You can change this later in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Purchases
Parfqx Coins are Apple consumable In-App Purchases. Apple processes payment. Parfqx only records that a pack was credited on this device so your balance can be spent on unlocks and saves in the app. Apple’s privacy policy applies to App Store checkout.
What we do not do
- No Parfqx login or profile server
- No selling of cup recipes, photos, or voice notes
- No medical, diet, or nutrition profiling
Children
Parfqx is a general-audience studio tool. It is not directed at children under 13. Do not submit personal information about a child to our support email.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
